Disjointed Digression

This sounds like a joke… “I use too much wine and Vicodin” – George Carlin
But it’s not. George Carlin is going to go into rehab. George Carlin is one of my favorite comedians. I have yet to get his latest book When Will Jesus Bring the Pork Chops?, or hear some of his latest material, but I’m sure it’s top notch. Even though Carlin is a bit jaded and cynical, he makes me think. I think my favorite of his works is Class Clown. It has a lot of classics on it, including The seven words you can’t say on TV. Granted it is some of his older stuff (about as old as me )
But I digress… It’s good to see someone realizing they have a problem and working to fix it. I wish the best for George, and hope to try to catch one of his shows again soon.
